About Us Support Services is owned and run by experienced Disability Support Workers, local to Toowoomba, The Darling Downs, The Lockyer Valley and Ipswich, who have noticed the shortfalls of many NDIS support providers. AUSS observed a disconnect between care plans and the day-to-day implementation of these plans. In other words, NDIS participants could, and should, be getting more for their funds. To overcome these shortfalls, AUSS has a "connected" team of support workers and only the cream of the crop are selected to join this team. All support workers are dedicated to their vocation and see support work as more than just, simply, getting a client through their day. AUSS support workers manage client disabilities, while also concentrating on client abilities, to live the best life possible.
